Cast

Scenes in the James Bond movie Quantum of Solace set in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, were actually filmed on location in Colon, Panama. The car that Bond commandeers in the boatyard scene is a 1989 (fourth generation) Ford Bronco with registration plate 5457 IM.

Filming of Quantum of Solace took place between August 2007 and May 2008, so this 1989 car was an older model at that time. The car plays only a minor role in the movie and it is likely that the production company sourced the vehicle locally in Panama.
